So far I’m happy with my phone. Haven’t had it long enough to see if there are any issues with it. The employees at the store were very helpful at getting everything transferred fo me from the old phone. Love the large screen. I can read things so much better now and play my games and watch Netflix with ease. Overall, happy with my purchase.

MY SON LOVES THIS PHONE. WE WERE WORRIED THAT IT WOULDN'T WORK WITH BOOST MOBILE, BUT HAPPY TO FIND OUT IT DID. GREAT PHONE WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO HAS PREPAID PHONE SERVICE. WE COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT IT SAID REFURBISHED AND USED, BUT PHONE LOOKS BRAND NEW. NO SCRATCHES ON FRONT OR BACK. NO DENTS OR DINGS. OVER ALL JUST VERY PLEASED.

Very disappointed of best buy..selling phones maybe without checking if in good condition. Battery going down very fast.i chargered all night I used it and 20 min.battery went down fast and went is on 10% phone turn off.

The item I received was reconditioned to look and work as new. It came with an after market charger and cable. The only thing I did not know before ordering that it is a global/sprint version - which means on my AT&T network, face time didn't work. I ended up returning it because of that reason (no questions asked).

Good I expected it to work with my metro chip and it didn’t... I hope this one does

Not a great experience with this pre owned phone, I’ve never had that happen before so I thought I’d get another great deal but this particular phone didn’t work & had glitches.
