iPhone 6+ came in and appeared to be in good condition however people have been hearing distortion while I'm on the phone with them. The sounds comes and goes but other than that phone works fine.

Phone was pretty much a deflected phone they boxed up and sold me. Phone processed very, very slow.. Even froze up at times.. I was very disappointed in “Best Buy” for this purchase. Clearly not a better buy.. I’ll rate the return process a 3 star at least.. Even though the lady at the counter wasted about 10 minutes of my time making sure the phone was fully reset..

I bought the phone on the Thursday the previous week and it was delivered by Monday. I am happy with my purchase, the phone is in a near excellent condition and totally my money’s worth!!!

Right away I noticed the phone had a glitch. It wouldn’t let me turn off the phone or use anything which was kind of frustrating. But it doesn’t seem to do it often so we’ve worked with it.

Phone arrived fast, but I was not able to activate the phone due to the sim port being broken. I return the phone and was charged a restocking fee for a phone that never worked. Very disappointed.

Bought to replace my iPhone 6 Plus due to camera issues. This phone (new) locks up sometimes and it can get a little frustrating. Overall a good phone, but hate when it has the lock up issue. Also sometime will go to a blank screen and shut the screen down and have to reopen what I was just in.

Since I couldn’t afford a new iPhone this was a great solution. Works just like a new phone.

The only thing I had an issue with so far is that the item number sticker was directly on the phone and hard to get off. And the phone was dusty.

Loved this phone it’s came in working as almost like a brand new phone

This phone started having issues within 1 week of purchase and eventually died from mild water damage about 6 weeks later. Cost to repair was more than the phone.

Phone was unlocked but not reset which caused lots of issues. Fortunately, Apple support and T-Mobile helped troubleshoot these issues.

would not recommend it to someone looking for a brand new looking phone because of some scratches and dents but interms of perfomance its Decent.

Despite being preowned, it looks and works like new.
