It has some scratches on the sides but I dont care it is covered by my case. Overall I am happy with my purchase. No headphones in the box though!

I purchased this for a friend and have had no negative feedback, so I assume it is working well.

Good phone, however, buyer beware. Best Buy doesn’t tell you what the battery life is on their refurbished phones. They sold me this one with 70% battery life. I had it less than a week before I had to get the battery replaced. Also, they provide ZERO support for refurbished phones. They’ll sell them, they just won’t stand behind the quality. Still, I’m happy with the phone—now that it has a good battery.

My teenager got this phone for Christmas. He wanted a newer version but it wasn't in our budget. Overall, he is very satisfied. He hasn't complained a bit. 64gb are pretty decent for his needs. For now it will do. There was a tiny scratch on the outside cover but a good case will cover that.

This iphone 6s has hard ware issues! I had problems from the beginning with losing power very fast and the speaker is fuzzy and dull. The volume is extremely limited, can barely here the person that is on the other end of the phone. This is surely a return!!!! I will be very unhappy if I am charged a restock fee or any penalty for returning it!!!

When I got the phone I contacted my provider who told me I received a locked pre-owned phone. When I contacted my nearest best buy they could not help me because they no longer sold 6s. They told me to contact apple and/or best buy online. I contacted apple they said it was an issue with the phone. When I contacted best buy they told me they could not exchange it and I would have to buy another one online! I asked them why the phone was labeled as unlocked they stated that it might have been a mishap on their side. When I am supposed to receive a shipping label to ship it back and I have yet to see it! now i have a defective phone and 309$ short. This whole experience has been ridiculous!

After using the phone for ~ 2 and a half weeks the screen had burn in ( image persistence) problems. Best Buy said I needed to work with Consumer Credit ( their 3rd party warranty service) and that there was nothing Best Buy could do. The warranty service promised an emailed RMA form which never came. Upon researching this service it was obvious they are not high quality - many consumer complaints. So we had screen replaced locally. Best Buy ( as well as other electronic sellers). Need to provide better warranty service. A 15 day limit is insufficient. This issue will make our family utilize Best Buy as a last resort.

Bought for my daughter's birthday...phone was in great condition! She loves it. Have had no problems with it so far.

I really like the image of the phone it looks like new.. there’s a lil bit scratch at the back. The price is pretty good.but i am quiet disappointedof the battery it said 85% battery health but i think it doesnt work thst way. i didnt expect it to be perfect but i didnt expect it would really be that worn out battery. In less than 2hrs the battery falls to 22% from 100% And what ive done was only updating ios..

The phone has a little scratch and dents on the housing(expected), screen is almost perfect! only gripe is the batteries are not checked on previously owned phones... seriously it only lasts 3 hours with use. and yes background refresh, and location services are off. should have gotten the certified refurbished one at lest I could debate the condition of the battery.

My son's iphone 7 plus was crushed when he was lifting weights and this was a quick backup without paying too much. I think it was a great value. The phone works properly. Only issue was that it came with a charger that was not an apple product, but he used his old charger. Other than that I recommend this purchase.

I wanted a spare iPhone, and was looking at some preowned ones. Got one from Best buy as I trusted their tech products the best!! The one I received had few scratches at the back, but otherwise overall functionality works well. So far no issues observed.

Even (especially?) with the release of the latest iPhones, the 6s remains the solid workhorse model in the line in my opinion, and the price on the pre-owned here at BB is very good. I bought this one to replace one of my kids' broken phones. It has worked flawlessly.

I've had the same iPhone 6 since high school and thought it was time to get a new one, one model newer. I like the phone but the battery is not as strong as my last phone's. I have no idea why. But aside from that everything else is better: it's faster, updated, and the screen isn't shattered.

I spent almost $500 on a "pre-owned" iPhone from bestbuy.com. When I received it the battery wouldn't charge. I was told I couldn't get my money refunded and it would instead be replaced. I am in the military and live at an APO address. Shipping to and from hasn't been easy (it's nearly impossible) and has almost made returning my expensive non-chargeable iPhone impossible. I will probably not buy from Best Buy's website again and it's my experience that they aren't very military friendly either. Sorely disappointed in the whole shopping, product, and return/customer service experience. BUYER BEWARE. You very well might lose your money if you buy something pre-owned from this company.

The iPhone 6s shipped on time and was as advertised in excellent condition for a used iPhone.

The phone was almost as described. I did think they were putting a new battery in it before they sent it but it has 74% capacity. I bought for the 1 year warranty but the battery life was a surprise...not necessarily a happy one. But it works fine.

I had damaged my iPhone beyond repair, out of warranty. So, instead of upgrading I bought a refurbished iPhone 6s. It was shipped and delivered in a timely fashion. The only issue I have with it, is that the battery was not replaced during its refurbishment... so it’s like new, but it dies like my old one :(
