I bought this phone 2 years ago through Best Buy. I was hesitant at first since it was preowned, but it was in great condition when I bought it and held up for 2 years with no problems so I think it was more than worth it! Toward the end it started to show major signs that it was getting old: lack of storage space, minimal battery life, glitching out, etc... It actually still works for the most part, I just dropped it again and the screen shattered :( But it did it’s job well while I had it and for that I am grateful.

No major scratches or anything. It’s been about 2 weeks or so and no issues with the phone. Battery life seems pretty decent so far as well

I bought as a gift for my daughter after a week of her getting it she complained the battery life wasn’t very good. When I checked it said the battery life was at 74%. I understand it’s a refurbished item but Best Buy wouldn’t except a return because it was 2 days over the return period for something that i have to send to Apple to fix for $49 and shipping. Should’ve been fixed before sold and terrible customer service

Needed a back up smartphone and unlocked. This is perfect. Looks new, no scratches and can bring it out of the country and insert any network sim. Not bad.

Was worried about buying a used phone but it works great, is in excellent condition, and the price was reasonable. Would recommend.

It’s a good phone to hold me over until my contract is up and can switch carriers in a few months. But the battery is crap, so I have to be very mindful of how much I use it. It was cheap, so it was worth it to hold over.

I was surprised by how clean and untouched the phone looked. Working perfectly, very Happy to present it as a gift for my granddaughter.

The phone is fine but the battery life is terrible and they won’t allow me to get a new battery until it reaches 80%, it’s at 86% and dies very quickly, I need to charge it all the time.

This was a good purchase, did not receive much of a packaging but was clean and as close to brand new as anything would get. Works flawlessly so far.

Works great for a preowned iPhone but looks like new only thing it runs out of battery quickly. But good.

Got this phone for my grandmother so she can FaceTime with us. The phone was in pretty good shape and so far hasn’t had any problems.

I received my iPhone 6S in a timely manner with no noticeable scratches or outward issues other than that I needed a Sim card and so went to a sprint store and they provided me with the Sim card and transferred all my info from my old phone to the new one without any complications and free of charge, so far it is a great buy for the money..

My daughter needed a phone and we came across this the price was great the product came in with no issues and she’s loving it

No complaints as of yet but I’ve only had it up and running for 2 days. It’s in good shape body wise. A small scratch on the screen but it’s a refurbished phone so if that’s the only issue I encounter I’m good. Thanks for such a great deal. P.S.- Make sure you use an Apple charger with your iPhone. I fried an iPhone 6 using a $5 phone charger. Ye beware!

Good for an uses iPhone. The battery just dies really quick but I only use it for music and such.

Okay except for the battery and ended up returning the item to purchase a different IPhone.

I like the camera on this phone but the battery life on this phone is bad. Other features will take getting used too.
