I received my iPhone 6S in a timely manner with no noticeable scratches or outward issues other than that I needed a Sim card and so went to a sprint store and they provided me with the Sim card and transferred all my info from my old phone to the new one without any complications and free of charge, so far it is a great buy for the money..

This was a good purchase, did not receive much of a packaging but was clean and as close to brand new as anything would get. Works flawlessly so far.

Works great for a preowned iPhone but looks like new only thing it runs out of battery quickly. But good.

The phone works, it did not come with a sim tool. It is refurbished but the battery does not last long, I have only a few apps and programs and still have charge many times per day.

I like the camera on this phone but the battery life on this phone is bad. Other features will take getting used too.

Bought this preowned phone assuming it passed inspections. Battery was toast and wouldn't hold a charge for more than a few hours at a time even when not using it. It as returned within a week

The phone is fine but the battery life is terrible and they won’t allow me to get a new battery until it reaches 80%, it’s at 86% and dies very quickly, I need to charge it all the time.

iPhone 6s 128 works great. It does have some scratches on the screen around the edges like the edge of the screen protector. Otherwise it’s great and great price.

I was extremely hesitant about it being pre owned but I am shocked at how new it looks. No dents, scratches, and screen is in perfect condition. No problems except my speaker is a tad bit funky. When I record vids, it will catch sounds most times but not all. I got to look into to that and take it to the apple store to get it fixed. Other than that, I am extremely satisfied with my iPhone. Love it!!!!

Got this phone for my grandmother so she can FaceTime with us. The phone was in pretty good shape and so far hasn’t had any problems.

Okay except for the battery and ended up returning the item to purchase a different IPhone.

Phone was slow but after looking up some techniques, it got a little faster, battery issues but after making some adjustments it’s working better

Took phone to batteries and bulbs and replaced battery that wouldn’t hold a charge. Worker stated that the phone was a slightly warped

Good for an uses iPhone. The battery just dies really quick but I only use it for music and such.

As a long-time, platinum customer of Best Buy, I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the refurbished iPhone I purchased. It would not stay charged or turn off but only displayed the apple icon or spinning circle of death. That is not refurbished, it is simply cleaned and turned out for resale. That said, I was more than pleased with the ease of the return. I took a chance but should have gone to Gazelle from the start, as I usually do.

Bought this for my daughter. Had it less than a year when the home button stopped working. After a year, the phone would not hold a charge and would die extremely fast.
