First of they sent me a phone which condition is not acceptable, big scratch on the screen diagonally, looks someone did it intentionally. I returned it but charged $35 as restocking fee, horrible. First you send a crap and then charge $35 fee, I hope you can do better than this BestBuy.

First I’ll mention it was in near perfect condition! She loves it! She’s getting the hang of it especially the fact that iPhone batteries don’t last as long as androids which she’s use to!

Bought this for my 8 year old and it’s horrible! The battery doesn’t charge and the screen is messed up (clicks on things and move around without even touching the phone). Money wasted. Dissatisfied!

Phone looks like new but it is not working as new phone . It is a refurbished product and not working as expected . Battery percentage is fluctuating . Camera is not great , touch is not working sometime .

Purchased a pre-owned iPhone 6s for my eleven year-old daughter's birthday, her first phone. It's been working great so far, no problems. The price was a little bit more than I was hoping to pay, but I shopped around and that was the going rate. She's happy, I'm happy!

I am not a fan of the Apple iPhone, sadly to say. They are a bit too small for me. And lacked features that I use. I actually own an Apple iPad & Apple computer which I love both of them!! The only feature I found I liked was the Health App that came with the phone.

Received device in very good condition. I did not have any issues with transferring my data from one device to another. Look like new. So far, the device is working as expected. I made a good purchase.

Good iPhone, looks new, working fine. This is the second unlocked iPhone I’ve purchased from Best Buy, both cosmetically looked great & worked fine!

Another refurbished phone that was potentially damaged during repair, in that the backlight has gone out now, which is common when the battery is not disconnected when repairing the screen and causes diodes to fail and parts of the board to ground out, which is extensive to repair. For these refurbished phones, the return policy should go to at least 30 days. This is the second phone I've received that has failed between the fifteenth and twentieth day after receiving it. The battery health is also in poor condition, which again, this is the second phone that has more than one issue with it.

My battery will just from 90% to 70%. THATS okay if your gonna be connected to a charger all day but for someone who has to go places, not good. But overall i like the phone but I just wish I would have known about the battery before I bought it

My unit is like new. Minor scratches can't even notice. Great buy. Not in stock often.

It has a few tiny dents on the bottom, fine condition .

This phone was reasonably priced and is great for my daughter who has a history of breaking phones. It works great and we haven't had any issues at all.

The only way it is known it was refurbished is because it said so in description. No flaws found for being refurbished and has performed as expected.
