The phone came in good shape but the packaging was all damaged and smashed. They could have done a better job making sure it would be protected so it wouldn’t get damaged during shipping. The phone itself is nice for being preowned, only complaint is that it overheats, I guess that’s what happens with apple so nothing really to do with Best Buy. Would recommend just keep those things in mind when purchasing.

When I purchased my insurance plan I didn’t really think that in the end I would be so happy. Love the fact I got a new phone that’s 100% better then the last one.

This is a very nice iPhone in good condition. It works fine and my 13 year old grandson loves it.

You have no option to verify item before buying. You pay online for a refurbished item (and by the way, had to travel 40 minutes to a specific store!), pick it at the store, to later find that the unit has some issues. Audio was barely loud enough to be heard, all of them. (Next day) Took to a repair shop and they found residues of what it looked like juice inside, which in turn damaged a lot of components. Even the screen was replaced!

No earphones in the box. Touchscreen need to be press hardly for scrolling the screen.

I bought 2 of these phones just barely over a month ago. The battery on both phones already needs serviced. Complete crap.

The only reason I received this phone is because a Best Buy Technician destroyed mine while attempting to replace the battery. This was a duplicate of my phone and I am thankful they replaced it but at the same time, the battery in this phone is worse than the battery in the phone they destroyed. I have to have it plugged in all the time, which defeats the purpose of having a mobile phone. I am thankful I did not have to buy it but I would not recommend buying a pre-owned phone from Best Buy, nor would I recommend using their technicians to repair things

Was happy with condition of the phone, until....I turned it on and tried to use the camera, all i got was a jittery mess. Don't think i will ever order one like that again.

So far so good! We purchased two phones one for me and my daughter who have plans we liked and just wanted to replace our phones for a reasonable price. We’ve been very pleased with the quality.

Product came defective (it was already refurbished), however, the refund transaction was very smooth and I received full refund.

I just got the phone 2 days ago and I still working on my settings. Yesterday it freeze and I resets it Am working on it as much as I can till the 14 days comes. If it happens again it will be a history? So far it’s perfect.I love the phone and the deal

So far it's good. Working as it should. I have recently purchased similar items with success at Best Buy.

Phone came with a battery health of 77%. Lady on chat said that they would replace the battery for free but the store said they couldn’t do that. Had to order another phone and there’s a high chance that the battery will also be trash.

Phone completely quit working after only three days. The second day i had it, it started glitching out and done completely the very next day. I am still locked out of my email and facebook because both want me to use the very last iphone i logged into to get the code. Nevermind the fact that the iPhone i had before this one i even tried to get the code, still same network, know mh security questions, etc. Its been a total nightmare and i will never buy another refurbished iPhone from bestbuy again. It was to good to be true. Phone seemed perfect when i set it up.

No star because it had scratched/spots and works slowly. I went to the store for exchange/replacement for free of cost but supervisor told me if you open the box charge will be $45. This is unexpected because I am not satisfied that's why I want to just change for another one. By the way, at last I returned this item because it had so many scratches/spot. I am just disappointed. I know that Best buy is a brand, they maintain quality. I am a business customer of Best buy. I bought so many items from best for me and my office. All products was good but this phone is so poor.
