I think this is a great phone, thus far. In like new condition. No scratches nor cracks. I didn’t get the airpods as stated, however, I did call customer service and the representative assisted me with a credit for them.

Everything about the phone was great until I got to the camera! The camera doesn’t focus and keeps shaking! The FT camera works fine but I’m too busy these days to worry with a return or getting it fixed right away! Overall a good buy still!

This is the third pre-owned phone that I’ve purchased from Best Buy. They have yet to disappoint. The phone was in perfect condition, no blemishes. It works as it is supposed to. I am pleased with my purchase.

This iphone is amazing. Even though it is the old generation of iphones, its fast function once again indicates the cutting edge in technology of Apple. It's cheap reasonable price is a big plus for consumers on a budget.

I read many negative comments, so I was apprehensive. I knew that Best Buy would never sale garbage though, so I went with it. There were no scratches or dents! Phone like new!

I bought this iPhone for my teenage daughter it’s her first iPhone. She loves her iPhone it in good condition and it does it’s job well. No complaints satisfied.

Received exactly as ordered. I ordered a 6 for my husband who is not all that enthused about the "newest thing." He only wanted a larger screen and an earphone jack.

Every time I need a new phone, I buy a refurbished unlocked phone from here because they are always a good product for 1/3 of the price and never have trouble.

The phone was in new condition and works as expected the only disappointment was no ear buds

This unlocked phone arrived sooner then expected! This phone is in excellent shape and looks brand new. Store pick up was fast and store employees were very helpful.

I bought this for my son because he’s been wanting an iPhone for a long time. He’s very happy with it. There was one issue, the sound was very low but my husband was able to fix that. Overall we’re happy.

The phone is in near new condition. I have not activated this device but are planning to real soon.

What more can you say, its Apple. However, its outdated. For a $300 price tag, you can get a better, newer, faster midrange smartphone. I feel getting the iPhone 7 in 2020/2021 is a downgrade.

Works well. Set up is easy. This is second time I purchased this model. Liked it so much I got it for brother-in-law.

Purchased this for my dad. It was refurbished so was a bit hesitant, but received it in no time. Looks and works great! He is so happy with this phone!
