Phone arrived quickly despite covid-19. However, the battery's health is "significantly degraded" and it has 74% Maximum Capacity. This is not a cosmetic issue. Am trying to get through to Apple to see how much it would cost to replace the battery. Might return.

My daughter loves her new phone! She had an old 5s and it stopped working and I didn't want to spend $600 for a phone. The price was wonderful and the phone looks Amazing! Great buy.

I am giving my 12 year old son this phone. Didn’t expect much. It actually surpasses my expectation. No dents what so ever. Works like a charm. One star less is due to non-Apple cable and charger.

Purchased a preowned iPhone 6 Plus 64GB and it’s ok. When I received the phone I had the phone delivered to Best Buy and noticed the phone had not been cleaned properly. The camera quality may have to do with the phone received not to my expectation.

I knew the phone wasnt new. It was in good shape except for a spot on the corner where it is scuffed. The box is ugly but it came with the cord and headphones. I am giving it to my daughter for Christmas so I won't know more until next year.

I haven't used this phone yet. I bought it for my nephew. The phone was a bit scratched up but I will try to see if everything is good with it.

I love this version of the Apple because I can still use my headphones. It works perfectly and the price was just what I was looking for. I recommend it.

The phone was in fairly good condition; no damage to the screen or buttons, but there was a bit of damage around the camera. Also the back camera shakes uncontrollably so I can't even take a photo without it being blurry and video is out of the question because it just vibrates the whole time. I suppose I'll have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed which is an additional cost. It's a shame they didn't check if the phone functions properly before selling it but at least everything else works (that I know of).

this phone feels likened it was a replacement for my daughter who desperately needed to trade up but who didn't want spend whole lot of money.

This phone is exactly what I was looking for. No scratches on the screen and everything is working good so far. The camera is not as clear as most iPhones but it is a good starter smart phone.

My Dad was using a flip-phone (seriously, I’m not kidding) that he refused to give up. I went into pay his phone bill at Verizon and they thankfully informed me that as of January 1, 2020, his phone would no longer be supported. I bought this iPhone 6s to replace his flip phone. If anyone has any doubts that the iPhone is not the most intuitive phone there is, all you have to do is ask my Dad. He was able to pick up how to use the phone with very little assistance. And he actually loves the phone!

I bought this phone for my husbands birthday. You can tell its not brand new, but doesn't look bad for a used phone. Everything went well with set up, easy like it's supposed to be. But almost immediately i noticed the battery was steadily dropping. Within 20 minutes the battery went from 100% down to 40%!! it is ridiculous. I checked the battery life and the max capacity is 80%. They shouldn't be able to sell it in that condition. You spend $250 expecting a decent phone. Now i have to either pay $50 to send the phone back to best buy, or $50-$100 to have someone change the battery. UGH!!

Didn’t expect much. It was just a cheap replacement until I could upgrade. Worked ok, but it didn’t take long before the battery wasn’t staying charged long and it seemed to slow the phone operation speed.

Recieved the “new” phone as stated, on time. The transfer of information from old to new was very easy. Was able to transfer the SIM card easily with the little tool provided. I am quite pleased with the phone. The 32 gigs is great and accommodates my apps plus some. I really like the iPhone 6S plus with the larger screen and am so pleased that I could replace it with a new battery and more gigs. Thanks

I'm using this phone and it's pretty good for a refurbished iPhone 6s plus. It had a lot of scratches but if you put on a screen protector it's not visible. The battery was fine it started at 81% max capacity which is fine anything under 80 is pretty bad. So far on had this for a couple of weeks and it's pretty good.

Other wise it’s a great device. If some who doesn’t use this phone a lot they’ll be fine but otherwise i would say just a buy a brand new one.

this phone had a slight bend (someone sat with it in their back pocket) and the headphone jack was a bit stubborn, but these are expected conditions of wear for an older model iPhone. The biggest problem is Wifi connectivity - too many walls between the phone and router easily disrupts the connection, but this is easily solved with a router extension. Good battery life. though.

The volume was Bad during call, but brought it in to geek squad they fixed it. Now it’s better. I’ve had it for about two weeks now.
