    I bought this phone when the rating was 4+...but definetely not worth it...the phone get battery drained very faster...just within a 1hr of use...moreover the support from bestbuy was very poor

    Mic was bad. Had to wait 2 weeks for a raggedy pre owned phone. They didn’t give be me all options of buying other phones. Bought prepaid phone with SIM card n the sum didn’t work. Had to buy 1 from simply mobile. Poor service no communication

    No cosmetic flaws like new and I've had no problems so far after a month and a half of use. Updated to newest ios and no malfunction at all.

    Do not buy an Apple 6s+ from Best Buy. Received phone on April 17th and as of June 5th it will not hold a charge.

    The screen breaks for several days whenever pressure is applied to the right side of the screen, and there are multiple dead pixels.
