phone stop working after 30 days of use/no ringtone

No problem with the phone, really enjoy the phone.

Wish I purchased from elsewhere. I am unhappy with the phones.

Whoever sold me this phone knew it was a piece of crap from jump. I literally just bought it and now I can’t return it and the phone doesn’t work at all. It only worked for 2 weeks and was glitching those 2 weeks that I had it.

The screen was covered in small cracks, the back was Also scratched. Overall The phone was way to damaged. Yes we are aware of this being a used phone but again this was way too damaged.

The refurbished iphone i bought was in bad shape I could not used it.

when I received package. I felt very happy. Got iOS 12 upgraded phone. All setup done and all set good. The main and biggest problem is with ear phone volume. When I answered the call and increased volume. Its hard to hear the voice from caller.

Phone wouldn’t work! Purchased this for my dad and it wouldn’t connect to the network!! A person would think GEEK Squad would test all of this before selling and disappointing customers! I’m very upset at Best Buy!

You know you’re selling people pee on phone at least seven people like a decent phone this phone is not working

A SNAIL WALKED THIS IPHONE TO ME, TOOK ALMOST A MONTH TO GET FROM THE TIME IT WAS PURCHASED. NEVER OPENED UP THE PACKAGE RETURNED IT TO NEAREST BEST BUY.

Phone freezes up all the time. Constantly have to turn off and back on. Wouldn’t purchase again. Have only had it 30 days

This phone didn't work. Had to return it. Bought a phone from Amazon instead and it was less expensive and works great.

the entire phone started randomly restarting its self and now it wont work it constantly restarts

It worked for a little more than one year only. Today it suddenly stopped working without previous notice.

Firstly I'm OK to receive it with few marks after checking it has screen damage which I'm not interested and returned

This phone pixelated after about a week. I tried to return it but the return option was up.

I pay 250$ for that phone and i had been charged 35$ for return that .not a good deal

First of all you never get you phone and it is a hard job to get the money back.

This phone would freeze and when pressing a button sometimes it would press and open other apps instead. Not functional

The device doesn’t work. FaceTime or messages are available.
