Really excited when I got my Apple 6S plus iPhone. better than I expected

Just a little minor scratch, don’t waste money buying top dollar phone. These pre owned phones are just as good. They also come unlocked. So you can use on most carriers. Just check before you purchase. This is my second pre owned phone purchase. They do however come with a generic charger.

This is the second refurbished phone I bought from Best Buy. This phone came with no scratches or dents. It doesn’t come in the original box, which was not an issue for me. Phone has worked perfectly since we got it. 10/10 would buy again.

So far so good, learning how to use it by my kids. It is very quick and love the extra emojis. I've always had a Samsung, but decided to try this.

Bought this to gift my wife who was using Nokia 3.1 bought from Bestbuy earloer, want to upgrade to a good iPhone with big screen, heard good reviews of iphone 6s plus 64gigs in 2019 too, so bought this one, wife compliants on battery life,hope it gets resolved as we use further.

I would definitely recommend buying pre-owned phones from Bestbuy.com! This is my second phone and it works perfect! No scratches no nothing phone looks perfect!

I admit I was a little skeptical about purchasing the item by reading a ton of negative reviews but weeks later and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase everything works well on both phones and I will be shopping with Best Buy online In the near future.

I bought this directly from BestBuy website (not their marketplace!) for 170 USD. Expected at least a year of a quality product. I was wrong! Issues- - iPhone main camera started flickering (unusable) within 3 months of purchase. - Data and mobile connectivity are lost intermittently. Need to reboot the cellphone each time this happens to get the connectivity back. We don't even realize when the mobile connectivity gets lost until we check the phone or someone mentions they called and it went directly to the voice mssg. - Contacted BestBuy customer service. They say "can't help because we do not have any resources". I requested to talk to a supervisor- they kept me on hold for 42 minutes and then disconnected the line.

Bought the iphone for my dad. His old phone was an older android phone & decided to get him a bit up to speed. It’s still a bit older but to him it’s brand new & he’s enjoying it and suprised with all the features it has.

Apart from the battery life which is average,everything works perfectly.

I bought another phone just before this one and I was very happy by the phone that’s why I bought another one again.. very nice product with nice price

I had problems hearing the people and they has problems hearing me. The volume was set to it's capacity. Took it to the local Best Buy store and there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. Therefore I'm returning the IPHONE 6s Plus 4G LTE.

I'd definitely purchase best buy used again. I bought this phone and it lasted me 2 years plus till I got a brand new one. The price was awesome and the phone lasted way longer than I thought it would. Wayyyyyyyy better than leasing.

I was concern the phone would not be ok good conditions based on reviews I had read. To my surprise the phone is practical new. Minor scratches but the phone works great with my carrier. Would purchase a refurbished product again.

Arrived on time not in box shown, very low volume when making a call you can’t hear from other end, has to charge the phone almost every two hours.

The camera to take pictures is shaking on the time to click.
