    It was so much dirt on the phone one they sent to me. I was really unexpected service from Best Buy I ever get. Though the phone was pre-owned it should be delivered as it in at least average condition . It was damage on it lcd monitor. I sent it back to Best Buy and ask for my full refund. I recommend not to buy it from them.

    Bought two unlocked phones from Best Buy and both times got a phone that I wasn’t able to use. First phone i got was a. Samsung j and it wasn’t compatible with veriZon even though it was unlocked. So I returned it the same day and got an iPhone 6 though the website. This iPhone was apparently a stolen phone and needed to be taken off a black list to be able to use it... just a hassle. Just got my money back.
