    Purchased the phone and received it quickly. The cord and plug included were not Apple products. Took it in to Verizon to activate it. Once activation was complete started setup process. During this process we discovered you couldn’t hear anything when receiving a call. Returned phone to Best Buy for a refund.

    Whoever sold me this phone knew it was a piece of crap from jump. I literally just bought it and now I can’t return it and the phone doesn’t work at all. It only worked for 2 weeks and was glitching those 2 weeks that I had it.

    The screen was covered in small cracks, the back was Also scratched. Overall The phone was way to damaged. Yes we are aware of this being a used phone but again this was way too damaged.

    when I received package. I felt very happy. Got iOS 12 upgraded phone. All setup done and all set good. The main and biggest problem is with ear phone volume. When I answered the call and increased volume. Its hard to hear the voice from caller.

    Phone wouldn’t work! Purchased this for my dad and it wouldn’t connect to the network!! A person would think GEEK Squad would test all of this before selling and disappointing customers! I’m very upset at Best Buy!
