    I purchased 2 iPhones and one of them stopped working after 2 weeks of having it. I did not purchase the protection plan when now looking back I should’ve. Now my Niece is without a phone. I did come to bestbuy and ask can they restore the phone back to factory settings and they said no. I would’ve paid for them to do it I wasn’t asking for anything free but they said no.

    Bought this phone for my pops. He has been very happy with it. It does everything he wants. Other than phone calls he uses it to watch YouTube and it has been working very well for him. The navigation from screen to screen is very quick and does not present an issue like on “lesser phones”.

    I didn’t get my air pods & the charger wasn’t a iPhone charger . Very disappointed with that . It came a day earlier then it said never got any updates which I Specifically chose to do so and never got one until the day it came and it came to my neighbor next-door so I had to search for my package after it said it was at my door.
