It is a good phone so far, I got to replace the battery with a new one cause it is not holding a good charge as far as the phone itself I like it, I like the size, I like it's performance, I like that it can update to the all new iOS 14 with it being a old phone, I like the camera quality of it, I like it better than Android phones, Phone came very well packaged up, I went to the Best Buy store close to me and did the curbside option to have it brought out to me, very good service, with it being preowned it did not stop me from going for it, I like that it is not cracked but on screen I notice some scratches on it not too bad, I've gotten me a similar otter box case to put on it so it can be protected. Price was not too bad to me,

Phone was in perfect condition. Have had no issues with the phone at all. I was skeptical buying a refurbished phone based on all the bad reviews I have read but I took a chance and I am glad I did!

I bought a refurbished iPhone 6sPlus. I wasn’t expecting anything new but I wasn’t expecting this bad as well. See my pics below. Beware that this stock might circle back on somebody’s order because I returned it. How can somebody think it is okay to sell this kind of quality. Will you pay $275+tax for this? Shame on best buy QC.

Brought for 4 year old son to play round on trips but only used for gaming.

at no time did they say that the iphone was used, we bought it thinking it was new and when it arrived it was a disappointment, with many scratches and more of everything with the ruined speaker and the damaged rear camera, I NEVER BUY IN THIS STORE !!!! lack of respect for the customer

I dont this this phone is worth that much money I want a refund please the phone had sticky dirt on it on a speaker at that bottom

I assumed a pre owned iPhone would have had certain issues that Best Buy would correct before selling but I only had 30 days to use & figure out any problems in order to return it & in that period things seemed fine but on month 3 I realized the iPhone gets very hot sometimes & the battery drains fast. The companies that resale phones only correct minor things before resale so if the battery is bad when they get it then it’s still bad when they resale it. This phone gets so hot to the touch from a bad battery that I have to hold it next to ac vent to cool it. I don’t think a phone should be resold unless a major thing like battery is replaced just like they would replace broke screen or buttons. They are knowingly selling a pre owned phone that did not test before resale. So now I have a iPhone that constantly gets very hot & the battery drains very fast. So beware of buying pre owned phones because you may just be buying someone else’s junk.

Works but not great. Battery keeps dying way too quick.

This device is on the larger side of phones in terms of in hand feel, but it still runs smooth and has a nice large screen. Camera is not the best anymore but still takes alright pictures. Will only improve once updated to IOS12.

I have had an iPhone 5s for 6 years. No scratches on it at all. Imagine my disappointment when I receive my "new" 6splus and it has scratches all over the front especially along the edges on the glass. It makes me concerned about how hard it was used because it clearly was abused. How long and how well will it work? I don't know.

So far no problems. Good purchase for a replacement iPhone 6s Plus. I would buy again from Best Buy. Reliable purchase, you know your getting a good deal and a good phone that's not stolen or defected when you buy from craigslist or some other untrusted seller. I would definitely buy again from Best Buy or directly from Verizon Wireless. Negative one star because the shipping takes quite a while.

The phone was in near mint condition. Battery was not good however, so I had to replace it myself. Camera has a splotch when taking pictures, I am not sure why. Otherwise everything works as expected.

It was unlocked but there were a lot of scratches on it. It also didn’t stay charged very long.

Never having ordered a used item online before, I wasn't very confident about this. When the phone arrived, however, I was pleasantly surprised and relieved. There was a small scrape on the phone's metal surround, but it would be covered by the case I was using. Other than that, the phone works fine - which is the main reason why I bought it! Very pleased with my purchase.

So I bought this phone for my teen daughter who loved it...however the problem started barely two weeks into using the phone, we noticed that the phone doesn't pick up voice when on speaker mode, secondly the battery drains so fast, like barely 6hrs after being fully charged which was quite disappointing for my daughter who is owing an iPhone for the first time. Will return this phone to store.

The phone was delivered early looks good every thing works you can tell the previous owner kept the phone in a case no nicks or scratches on the phone. The battery health is about 73% replacement battery installed at Best Buy only $50 so no problem. The phone under $200 for 64GB

It works well overall but it does have a few flaws very little at that. Every now and then it does glitch when any kind of moisture like sweat touches the phone but all you’ve got to do is dry it off and restart it. Besides that pretty good buy.
