I bought two refurbished phones. One has worked out well, but the other is dead. We were told that it needed a new battery four months after purchasing the phone. It was not worth buying a new battery for this phone, so we just had to accept that it was essentially a lemon. Buying a refurbished phone is a risk.

Great useful phone for my son to have. This is my third refurbish phone I buy in Best Buy and I can not complain.

The quality of the phone is good as mentioned in the description. The bestbuy is a good shop for better products for better competitive price compared other shops. We prefer to purchase electronic items always from bestbuy without researching in the online matket

Generally I don’t have problem with Bestbuy. So based on past experience I decided to go for pre owned. Product came with lot more scratches and with no original power cable. Description did not mention fake /duplicate power charger .

Spent several hours per day trying to trouble shoot connecting the unlocked phone we purchased with our carrier only to eventually find out the unlocked phone was not unlocked at all. Had to return it. In store manager did his best to accommodate us with a new phone.

Excellent backup phone for the price, still using it.

It was very easy to find and order this item online, it arrived with in the time frame it said it would. And works perfectly. Great buying experience, and the product just as expected.

Excelent body but some crashed and battery dead, need maintenance says iphone setting

I was skeptical before buying, but worked just fine. Battery health was at 88%, minor scratches on the back, charger is not good, at least provide a USB based charger. I had an old charger so it was not a problem.

Phone works well. Good value. Charging cable only worked for a few weeks, but was easily replaced.
