Works well so far and I’ve had it for about two weeks (received on Christmas) and haven’t encountered any problems.

My iPhone 7, service didn’t work at all. After calling my carrier, it worked for about 30 minutes and stopped. I had a hard time factory resetting it because you need connection for it.

The phone couldn’t hold a charge and didn’t work out of the box. The charger was also broken. I had to bring the phone back to the store where first they thought it just needed a new battery then to find out it was completely broken. This was a big inconvenience & then we had to wait over a week to get another one.

The phone was in really good condition, the only downside is that the phone came with a battery health of 80%

There was little to no damages to the phone for it being a pre-owned and easy to set up the camera quality is great.

I purchased this used and it look just like a new one. The best thing was the price, very affordable without breaking the bank.

Good phone for the age of the phone. Could be slightly cheaper in cost but goes to show that Apple phone keep their value.

Purchased this refurbed iPhone as a Christmas gift, the item wasn’t open till after Christmas little did I know bestbuy has a 14 days return on it, gifted was open a few days before 14 days. The phone started showing touch issues as the touch function eventually was unusable and non responsive. Chatting with bestbuy after the 14 day and realized they cannot do anything about it as it was past their warranty period. Was told by the agent in chat that Apple has a 90 days coverage on it was given the Apple 800 number. I called Apple and the Apple agent said it doesn’t not have it because it was a refurbished phone. So that was a lie that’s on their chat transcript. Horrible experience little do I know that buying a refurbished phone from bestbuy is like buying it off the streets. I’m left with half a phone and felt like I got cheated out of my money. Bestbuy should be ashamed of themselves.

I do have to say the phone was in excellent condition. However the battery dies when doing Facetime within 10 minutes battery warning comes on after fully charged have tried it 3 times and does the same thing. This was my reason for getting iPhone with the virus this was how we all planned on keeping in touch. I'm tied down by the cord after spending almost 200 bucks I would want much better than that

This was the 1st one I tried to buy used on Best Buy . Although I love all things Best Buy I don’t recommend buying used iPhones online. This one got so hot I thought it was going to explode, I emidietly took it back but they didn’t have any more online used at the time. I bought mom an android phone that lasted her until I tried to buy yet another used iPhone 7 online and it was carrier locked and malfunctioning. It pays to just spend a few hundred more to get a new iPhone unlocked. At least you know where it’s been
