The phone had scratches. The battery dies in an hour and have to keep charging every 6 hrs. I would never buy this phone. The phone is too slow to respond.

It was a great used phone and worked well. My daughter loved it.

Great price, yet I was so unhappy to find a scratch on the camera lens of my new phone, be wary that they are used, and it may be worth it to find a used phone in "excellent" condition.

Great phone for the price and easy to use and easy to set up

This is the 3rd phone I have purchased from Best Buy per-owned. They have been a great investment for my granddaughter who can't seem to stop breaking her's.

I bought this phone for my daughter, I could not afford a new one so I trusted best buy.com and bought this refurbished which sd Geek squad certified. After 3 wks the phone showed no service at the top, brought it bk to the store, it was sent off to the apple store. Up to date I haven't rcvd it, I went back to the store and was told the phone will be arriving 11/19 unrepaired because apple sd the phone was tampered with, this is how I bought it, nowhere on the website that was stated. I will be going back to the store and demand my refund as I do not have almost $300 to waste on a phone that my daughter did not even get use of for even 3mths. Might as well I had went on offer up, but no I trusted geek Squad certified. I'm so upset and dissatisfied.

Even though it’s refurbished it works great and is like new. I love the extra memory on this model compared with my old 6 model.

Need to upgrade to 4G compatible but don't want to break the ban?. This one has it all! U won't be disappointed.

Battery power was a big part of getting a different phone. This phone works like a new one at a much lower price.

This phone was 4 days late getting to me on top of that the phone was disgusting when I received it. On top of it being crusty around the camera and home button the back has multiple scratches and prints from the former owners case. In a global pandemic you would think Best Buy would have at least cleaned the device before shipping it... I returned this phone and no one at the store could explain why the device was in such bad shape. The explanation was “well I thought they cleaned the phones before we resold them”

My son loves his new phone . It works great. He loves his apps and I love the fact that I can track him.

Easy to use the phone with the picture so clear that I didn't have to use my glasses to see the images

Ph kept freezing and glitching. However, the phone itself had no scrapes, scratches or dings. Looked brand new.
