We repeated another purchase from Best Buy this year to replace my I phone with great results. Being repeat customers and geek squad members has been an advantage for us giving security, ease of purchase and knowing we are in good hands with Best Buy. It is important for us as seniors that we know with whom we are buying from and that product will be reliable and can be repaired with ease or simply replaced. It has been a difficult time for us in the pandemic but Best Buy persevered through it all to deliver us a great refurb in a difficult time. The ease of pickup was flawless .Thx.

It didn't come with the iOS for the 7. Instead, 12.1 is the OS. This is making it hard for me to try to learn the phone because the manual I bought says something different than the upgraded OS does. Since I'm new to an iphone, it has been a rocky start. So far the refurbished phone seems OK.
