Best Buy needs to do a better job Saying what network these work with. To most an unlocked phone means it works on any network so if you miss the small print you won’t have the right phone.

The phone was grimmy around the buttons and it was very scratched and worn. I returned it! I didn’t realize that Best Buy sold third party items I thought I was buying a Best Buy refurbish iPhone.

Box came opened and damaged, the phone screen was also scratched. If you are thinking of buying this the phone does not come with headphones only a charger.

Not a good product. I have had to repair it twice and now I am replacing it. I do not recommend this product. Have a 6S that performs better.

I received the phone and after a week the phone as some lines running through the phone now it is not working.. I need my money back

Couldn’t hear when calling. Sometimes it wouldn’t call it would when it wanted to. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

The speakers did not work. You can make calls but could not hear anything.

I am furious with Best Buy for continuing to sell this phone. I have always had great luck with refurbished devices. However, the first phone literally died and was not fixable within 16 hours of purchase. We waited a week for a replacement. It has been 6 days and the replacement now has a battery that will not last more than a few hours (despite following charging instructions) and the screen is detaching (although it had a Otterbox case on it). This is the biggest debacle, time/$ waste ever! This was my first BB purchase and I will never buy from BB again.
