I purchased the Iphone7+ with such high hopes! If you want a pocket computer, this thing rocks with 256G and great camera and apps...BUT..if you truly want a phone, then I would strongly consider looking elsewhere. For one, I do not like the layout but I am biased. I own a Samsung and it is so easy to navigate. But the biggest problem is the quality of the Audio during calls. You can not hear the other person because everything sounds so muffled! I tried every work around that was given but the phone apparently has defects, after some checking on the net. The customer service at my local Best Buy was absolutely no help. I ended up returning this phone within the time period. It was that bad.

This phone is the first iPhone I’ve had with more than 16GB memory, and it’s been a huge difference. Plenty of room to run all the apps I like to use, and operates perfectly. Was delivered a day earlier than tracking info showed, which was a plus, and arrived unscathed from shipping. I know the 7s’s are notorious for mic failure, but I’ve seen no sign of mic issues with the 7 plus.

I have to buy a new battery because the phone came with battery problems so not happy about that

Please do not buy refurbished phones from Bestbuy at all. Unfortunately they don’t check the quality of their phone before selling it. The one I received has less than 50% battery life and it would shut down after about an hour of use. I return the phone and the staff told me there is a $45 restocking fee.

The phone overheats frequently esp when charging using the generic charger given at purchase. Also the phone freezes frequently to the point that I’m stuck in calls and have to completely restart the phone and even then it sometimes still doesn’t unfreeze. I’m livid with the response to fix the issue.

Great strength! Never had an issue. Still works as a play phone to google listen to music and a few apps.

Very good condition phone. First a little untrusted to use it. But excellent to use so far.

It’s a good backup phone, fast and reliable, plenty of memory and the price was very good. I’m extremely satisfied with my phone.

Please stay away from this phone unless you want to use it as a backup. I purchased this one right after I had a bad experience with the Nokia 7.1 ( purchased at Best buy and used it for 5 months) so I thought I might be luckier and get a good iPhone7 this time, but I was wrong after just a few days (33days to be exact) the phone was acting up. I called Best Buy and they said the item is no longer returnable (even in their website they said, they have extended the return time frame due to Covid19, what a joke). Not seeing any savings buying refurbished phones. Not even worth the one-star rate, I lost $269.

I ordered this phone thinking it would be almost brand new, but when I got it I noticed that my phone would die in an hour, I later checked the battery health and realized that battery health was almost dead. So I had to buy a new iphone battery plus pay for the phone :(

I love my IPhone but the battery doesn’t hold a charge all day. Except for the battery issue I would highly recommend purchasing a refurbished pre-owned iPhone from best buy

Refurbished Iphone7 plus was a great investment. Great condition and easy to navigate.
