The phone was great, looked almost brand new. I’d ordered the 6plus before and it came in great shape so I decided to order again, and they met my expectations once again! Definitely recommend purchasing refurbished phones from Best Buy. My order came in two days earlier too.

The phone wasn’t in excellent condition, maybe fair condition for being almost $500 for that much I expected a phone looking almost new

The phone came with terrible scratches one big scratch by the button and the screws inside the phone came lose I had to get them tighten

The phone came in good condition besides a few scratches You can barely see! The only thing wrong with it is the Sound. It sounds like it’s only half way up when it’s all the way, all I have to do is get it fixed but other than that it came great

Things download extremely slow compared to my previous iPhones & the battery health was at 81%

Minor scratches but overall a great purchase. I love my new/used cell phone.

A lot of scratches on the phone from the front and back too and no original charge. I suggest Best Buy has to stop selling these items because with this they losing there standard and Goodwill.

Got this for my daughter. It was in very good condition only minor scratches. No noticable screen burn-ins. She's had it for 7 months now and it's still doing great. Worth the money.

I love ALL apple products. This product worked fine for a few weeks. Within the Few weeks of purchasing and being delivered, the battery began lagging, major issues. I took it to the Geek Squad at Bestbuy, they found the battery life was 85%, most apps were using 20-35% battery. After being told by a sales representative I could be reimbursed, or take a 7 (a downgrade), with no price deduction, or reimbursement for the difference, I took my phone to the apple store, they changed the battery out & did other repairs in the phone. The final cost of repairs $169.00 for repairs inside & $50 for the new battery. But, I had to have a phone.

The used iPhone I ordered arrive earlier than indicated, however no one could understand me when I spoke to them on it. I could see pink lint clogging the sound ports on the bottom of the phone. I took it in to the local Best Buy to see if someone at the help desk could clean it, but got no help. Cleaned it myself and sound improved, but not enough that I could be clearly heard. I was about to return it, but instead used it to upgrade to a new phone through my carrier. I expected the phones bought through Best Buy would have been checked out and refurbished. If not, they should have indicated what condition they were in. I could have bought the same model cheaper through other vendors but mistakenly thought Best Buy would sell only working phones, or the the non- functioning one I got.

I love this telephone, I have iPhone 11 Pro but this one iPhone 7 Plus is excellent! Big display and all the futures that and iPhone can have and let me tell you that for me is better with the button to read the fingerprint than the face id.

Phone came very fast , Looked Brand New it worked fine and it came with a charger . the charger didn’t charge the phone. but i had one already but the phone so far has been great .

I been using this phone for a couple weeks now . Im very happy i have always been an android user but definitely love the iphone its very simple to use and setup and i can use it with any company

I brought these 3 iPhone 7 Plus for my niece and nephews. And they love it. The best Christmas gift I ever gave to them.. they are very happy. I put the best smile on their face.

I’ve had the phone for probably about a month now and I haven’t had any problems with it. Phone looked brand new when I received it. No scratches, dings, basically perfect cosmetic wise

like new, screen works good, but i had a tiny crack on the side but its unnoticeable !! perfect if you dont wanna spend too much money on a phone

The phone itself was in pretty good condition. A bit scratched up but not noticeable when the screen was on. However the top speaker was broken and wouldn’t allow me to talk on the phone. Ended up just buying a new phone rather than exchanging it for another used phone. $100 more but for a perfect condition phone.

For my elderly dad who’s never owned a smart phone. Only problem however is that the battery health was only 75%. But for now it does what it needs him to do.

Phone was in great shape for a pre-owned. A little dirty. But nothing some cleaner couldn't clean up right quick. Unfortunately I did have to wait for the phone to come in before I could even see if it was compatible with my carrier. It was not even though it did say it was unlocked. When I tried to return I was going to be charged an open box fee. The box came unsealed. I was able to get that ironed out with the manager on duty and I was given a full refund. Overall, it was in great shape. But I was unable to activate it with my carrier.

I bought this phone thinking wow That’s a great price and it’s "certified refurbished" rite so you would think it would atleast work maybe a cracked screen or normal wear and tear but no I received it and it looks good normal scratches and what not but the screen doesn’t work so um yea what’s going on. Now I have to return it but what happened if the replacement has the same problem or worse what then. This really sucks because I was excited to get a new phone and it’s from Best Buy you would think it would be in good condition but no they probably just wipe them down and ship them out to us and call it a day. Please take my advice and don’t waste your time and money like I did.
