Great option for a secondary or work phone since it is still supported by Apple and still receiving updates. Only issue was purchasing it used and the battery (advertised at being at or better than 90%) after a few days and retesting showed it was really at 76% availability. Best Buy did offer to replace battery thru Geek Squad at a reduced price which I felt was an acceptable solution.

My ear speaker doesn’t work.. All my calls have to be on speaker. The battery gets hot when you charge the phone and the phone is completely covered in scratches. None of which was expressed to me. I only bought used because it was supposed to be Apple certified. This was a purchase from Best Buy but through a third party company. Why it was not explained to me I am not sure but I paid for a piece of junk. Then I could not get a replacement because they had no more black ones but had a red one they would not exchange it for. Best Buy lost a Customer I will not buy anything else from them.

I bought this phone for my daughter and she is very happy, the phone is in great condition and she love it.

The only issue i have with this 3 phones I brought was there’s a cracked some part of each phone. I thought it’s only scratched or dent. But, No. please advise your customer if there’s a cracked on that phone. Be honest please. Thank you

Pro: The phone was in great condition for pre-owned Came with (generic) charger Cons: Contrary to the description, the phone I received was not unlocked. Also, does not work with Sprint network. Battery health was at 78% which was recommended to be replaced... BB employees were kind and helpful with return.

I love my new phone! It’s in perfect condition and it came super fast! Looks and works like brand new phone. I’m very glad I decided to purchase it even though I was nervous about it but I would totally recommend it. Great experience and was able to save money!

The speaker sounds very low. My old 7 plus had much better sound. The battery life dies too fast.

She had an iPhone 6 replacement. I have found that people who buy a rose gold phone with a lot of memory take good care of them. Best Buy trade ins are a good value. I was happy with the price, she is happy with the phone. Her old six was worn out.

The only reason there is 1 star is because it wouldn’t let me send the review without one. This phone should have never been sold to anyone it was junk right out of the box. The speaker didn’t work so you could hear anyone, part of the screen didn’t work so if you tapped on that spot it wouldn’t do anything. Shame on you Best Buy I thought you checked refurbished items before you sold them to anyone. This just prolongs my time without a phone. So frustrating.

needed a new phone badly so I took a chance and bought it here. I paid extra for the faster shipping and it came in 2 days lol when it got here it came in a sketchy box but it works totally fine n I have no problem with it. kind of a lot of scratches but once I bought the case, looks pretty new
