Great phone for the price! Flawless in terms of any kind of scratches. Came with a mediocre charging brick and cable, but we have plenty of Apple branded ones as this was for my daugher.

No cosmetic damage which isn't expected of a refurbished device, however, I believe the speaker holes could have been cleaned quite easily before selling the product.

The phone is in good condition except for a scratch on the screen.

Phone shuts off on its own various times throughout the day. Especially if I’m using multiple apps or just have them open. Might not be a good idea to buy a used phone.
