Disappointed, will be careful to buy from Best Buy

Phone was good for couple weeks and there was sim connection issue, and after a week battery issue. Disappointed, will be careful to buy from Best Buy.

Preowned phone is my nightmare experience

The phone comes in a package with on protection, when I returned it, there was a restocking fee of $45. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Bad phone

They was unable to turn it on for me. I ended up having to return it to the store, and on top of that it would not keep a charge. I will never buy a reconditioned phone again.
