I scraped out the earpiece, and it was full of brown crusty dust. Clearly the quality control was nonexistent. I returned it and will never buy another refurbished product from Best Buy.

Bad business

Could not activate in the US. I feel this was very shady from a large box store like Best Buy. Very disappointed.

Not Verizon compatible

I could only use it with AT&T. Definitely false advertisement. I bought this specific phone because it was supposedly unlocked.
