Phone had heavy scratches and dents on rear panel. No attempt was made to restore the device whatsoever. Still had verizon wireless sticker on back. Would not recommend buying again via online. Functionally appears ok. Takes and hold charge over night, was able to apply latest ios update.

I purchased this Iphone November 8th, I barely use it and after just two month The screen popped up from itself As you see in the pictures. I use bestbuy alot but I’m feeling so bad for the dishonesty that happened

I received the IPhone SE in Great condition. Everything advertised about this particular phone was correct except a instruction manual which, btw wasn’t difficult to obtain through Apple. I simply downloaded the information and used that, and still using because I have not had a IPhone with Siri compatibility. I have read a lot of reviews about the phone being too small. I, actually Love the portability of having a small phone. It fits within the palms of my hands when reading and fits in my side pocket of my purse with no bulkiness. It came with a variety of Apps required to use the phone and set it up accordingly. I like the fact that I am not “hooked to” a particular carrier. Which reminds me, it included a months $25.00/plan for one to use if need be. I knew I would be going with Simple Mobile because of their great rates and data plans plus their rewards. I gave this phone a 5 STAR because I am very Happy with IPhone. There wasn’t any cracks, everything works, I am pleased that Best Buy was able to have this item shipped to me as well as the item Very Reasonably Priced. Thank You Best Buy!

I was hoping this device would arrive in good contusion, however it seemed to be fair, with a battery health of 70%.

Brought this for my little sister for Christmas. First IPhone. She loved it. So far. So good. No scratches/cracks out the box. But her first time charging it, she did say the phone got hot so she took it off the charger for a little while. And no problem after that.

I bought this phone to use as an iPod because the price was right and I did not wanna pay the brand new Apple price for a brand new seventh generation iPod. Primarily I wanted to get the touch ID. This preowned iPhone was an excellent by and if I had to do all over again I would. I enjoy using this phone in my car, at my desk in my office, and even in the shower. If anybody wants to get ahold Of a fairly cheap iPhone to use as an iPod I would recommend going with Best Buy’s preowned program every day.

Bought 2 used iPhones to give to my kids. I get they are used, but honestly these look like they were dug out of the dumpster & resold. One had dirt all over it & wasn’t even cleaned up before being sent out. The other was fairly well beat up & the casing bent a little. In my opinion, selling used products in this type of condition damages Best Buy’s reputation. My 1st time trying this service through Best Buy & definitely my last.

It’s a decent phone! It’s pretty small but that’s ok because I bought it for my 9 year old daughter. I mainly went with because you couldn’t beat the price, $135 for a iPhone. She’s happy and so am I.

This phone was advertised as unlocked for any carrier, but was still tied to a prepaid carrier. Best Buy would not do anything to unlock the phone, just said I could return it.

After a month of using this phone, I felt I had enough information to write about it accurately. I had an iPhone SE before and always loved the size of the phone. I had to replace it but was reluctant to try a pre-owned phone. There are so many unknowns of a pre-owned phone (battery life, screen quality, dents in the phone, headphone jack, etc), but I also wasn’t interested in paying $500+ on a new iPhone. So after much internal debate, I finally decided to take my chances with the Best Buy pre-owned iPhone SE and I couldn’t be happier about my decision. 1) It was a little more expensive than buying a pre-owned from Amazon. But through Amazon the phones were coming from small third parties. Even though the warranty was longer through Amazon, I felt the Best Buy company name was of more value. Well, that worked. 2) the phone came with one small cosmetic ding on the back of the phone which was of no consequence to me since it was going to be put into a case. 3) everything on the phone worked great - screen, headphone jack, speakers, camera, battery life (probably at 85%-90%), etc. Yes, there is some risk in buying a pre-owned phone, but with the Best Buy’s name behind it, I felt it controlled much of the standard. Yes, I might have lucked out and the next person might get a phone with some issues. But if you are looking to get into a phone without breaking the bank and you go in knowing the phone will work great but might not work perfect, then I do not think you can go wrong here. But if you want the latest and greatest and want it to be perfect, spend the money and get a new phone. I hope this is helpful.

The phone was in relatively good condition, with a faint scratch on the back. My complaints: it doesn't come with the original accessories (for the price it should), its a little glitchy (you might expect this from an older phone running newer software but I think that's a bulls*** excuse, looking at you Apple), it takes a surprisingly long time to charge (compared to my iPhone 5).

So I ordered this for my husband, because his iPhone display/computer just completely crapped out after a couple years of use. This phone was the replacement. It came quickly, but by the condition of the cosmetic parts of the phone, you can tell the previous owner didn’t use a case to keep it safe. It has dings, scratches, and it had finger prints all over it when we got it. He keeps it in an otter box, so you don’t see it, but that was a bummer it came like that. Especially, when you consider the price and the category of “excellent condition”. We keep our phones pretty pristine, so that was important to us. Also, it came with the original crappy battery, so we replaced that ourselves immediately.

The pre-owned iPhone SE I received was in good shape with a small scratch on the screen. I'm a bit fustrated with the battery life for a phone that was supposedly used for not more than 30 days (according to online chat with Best Buy). Overall I'm very happy with the phone. Way better than buying new!

This is a good phone, but it's finally starting to show it's age. Apple still supports this device with software updates, so the user experience is as advertised. But the 16GB of storage is problematic in 2021 though.

If you need a small phone, the iPhone SE is a still an excellent choice. It's always been a lot of power in a small case. If using the newer phones, you'll notice a difference, however, with cost and what the SE can do it's ok. Plus just updated to IOS 12.01 and has Touch ID.

This was purchased as a gift and let me tell you it was in very great condition! I am very happy with the iPhone SE. Price for this is on point and would highly suggest this phone for anyone looking to get a iPhone without paying top dollar.

I replaced my existing SE because the battery had expanded and I was afraid it was going to quit working. I am very disappointed in the quality of this Pre-Owned iPhone SE. It arrived with multiple dents and scratches on the body and the screen. After using it for a few weeks, and after it was too late to return it, I noticed the battery life is subpar. It only lasts a couple hours before having to plug it in again, and thats with very minimal use. It certainly does not last throughout the day. Even my previous phone with the expanded battery lasted 12+ hours. The Pre-Owned Phones should come come with a replaced Apple branded battery.

I was reluctant to by a pre-owned phone that was refurbished, but the phone is in great shape and looks like new. I would recommend to anyone.

With the prices of new phones, this is an excellent purchase. It was for my son who had the iphone SE and liked the size. Phone was received timely, was in great shape, no imperfections.

I bought this phone because of its size, which I had grown used to. It is very efficient as it pertains to apps needed to conduct business. It also has a wonderful camera!!
