I would never recommend this laptop to anyone!!! I bought this laptop last year and after a month of use the screen would go black and a disgustingly loud beeping noise would come out, coincidentally a day after the warranty expired. I brought the laptop into Best Buy's Geek Squad where they told me my ram may or may not be broken and that they would not be able to provide the service to open it, or to even put the replacement part in. I live in Charlotte and they said the closest person that could fix it was two hours away, which seemed a bit ridiculous to me. I then looked into selling the laptop back to Best Buy, maybe they could use the laptop for parts, the employee with much attitude said that at the most they could give me is $90. Already upset at the whole situation I decided to just get the part fixed despite everything else, got the part fixed today and now something new is broken in the laptop. I'm a college student and I was hoping to try MacBooks out because my family all uses them, all my electronics are Apple, and this was a more affordable price. I was hoping to try the MacBook out and in a couple years upgrade once I knew I liked the laptop and software. I am so disheartened that I had to wasted $500 on a scam. I will never shop with Best Buy again after this experience. Don't waste or money or time and just shop somewhere else.

Even though I changed my mind and returned this MacBook it wasn’t all scratched up and beat up like some reviews stated. Mine actually arrived in excellent condition. However I am an inpatient soul and didn’t want to wake for the delivery after I purchased it so I went and bought a new one in store

We ordered the Macbook Pro on line and picked up at local store. It was delayed but we eventually received it. Great buy and works excellent so far. This was first time purchasing a refurbished device; I would recommend product and Best Buy.

No issues on the refurb. Works great. Does everything I need it to do and more.

Screen is clear..runs super fast..perfect for my high school student to write book reports! The price was perfect!

Does everything I want in a MAC and has a DVD to boot.

About this laptop for my son for a Christmas gift for him to make music on. The computer is too old to add garage band and so it was a complete fail. Very disappointed

Basic functions took too long, failed to download things in a timely manner. I’ve returned this product by mail and am still waiting for my full refund.

This product turned on but kept going to a blank screen. It would not work. Returned.

when the pack arrived and i open the box the laptop was in terrible condition so i send it back i was so disappointed

I love my Mac book pro 13.3 very good, I had this electronic for like 2 years.

I needed a back up for my work computer and this was a reasonable option.

Laptop came dirty and key on keyboard broken. The battery indicator said needs replaced soon. I don’t expect a looks like new laptop for a refurbished grade B, but do expect the laptop to be wiped off with no broken parts. Will not buy refurbished from Best Buy again.
