I got this for a Christmas gift and purchased in October my son opened on Christmas and the hard drive size is not 500 gig it is only 128 gig also this computer only has 1 memory card installed equaling the 8 gig as listed however apple states for proper Performance this computer should have 2 4 gig cards very disappointed as it is now beyond the return period!

The experience was wonderful. I was greeted by a lovely young black woman with a beautiful smile who was very patient with me. She explained everything to me, suggested some things and pushed me into nothing. I hope she’s there the next time I shop there and this time I will take note of her name. Customer service is a dying part of training by most companies today. I used to teach the art for my company so I know it when I see it. Strong out the gate, until I found the backlight for the keyboard was going out in one spot, you could smell the beer the previous owner had spilled. Couldn’t believe it made it out for re-sale like that, I expect a little more from Best Buy, I guess at least they took it back, no real questions asked

Finally got me a good apple MacBook. It is a lil older but I can do what I need. It’s not the right one I was supposed to get but still works

I was a little concerned about using a Mac Book however, it was easier than I thought it would be! I think this will last me a long time. It's built like a tank! Graphics are great and so is the speed! I'm very satisfied!

We needed a family computer and a computer to write (novels, blogs, etc.). It has been great for those needs. Happy with the choice to buy refurbished!

I was in need of a Mac that could do everyday things, like iTunes and Word. I’m happy with this purchase.

It sucks,I didn’t realize that my laptop was an outdated 2012 model that can’t use most of today’s apps. I knew it was pre owned,but its hard to tell by just looking at an add,I’m so disappointed now I’m out of $640.00 and stuck with a worthless computer,I’ll never buy anything from Best Buy again !!!

This had a very strong smell and hair wrapped around the cord, so I really don’t think it was cleaned very well.

Took a chance buying refurbished, never again. Had nothing but problems. Luckly Best Buy was awesome in refunding my money. Purchased a new laptop which works GREAT!

Pulled it out of the box plugged it in kept powering off. Had to wait for two weeks to get it. What a let down this is the second lap top I bought from Best Buy first one only lasted 1 1/2 years. Cant get it fixed un repairable by the time all parts get replaced price of a new one. Apple is junk will not buy another Apple product.

Best purchase I could have made. I have want a Mac for my personal device. I bought it and I love It!!!
