My youngest wanted a laptop so we purchased this one as a "tester" to see how it goes. Laptop does everything it needs to and more. Great value especially since older apple laptops keep up with most newer tech.

I had been looking for a replacement for my 13 y/o laptop and wanted to maintain my long time brand. When A/X had a special w/ Best Buy and the kind of unit I desired was available...it was a perfect chance to finally realize my desires! I'm updated and crusing along!

I'm used to the newer version that is so fast that normally this one would be fine. If you have a newer version of Macbook then don't get an older one.

At first I was scared to buy a refurbished Macbook Pro online, but I am pleasantly surprised. The laptop arrived in great condition and looked brand new with no scratches or scars. I knew I wanted a Macbook Pro but I did not want the pay the price for a brand new one. The was a excellent alternative.

The laptop is very easy to use. It has so many features. If you need help you can get onsite support from Apple. I went to best buy and one of there associates help m e learn all the features the laptop has to offer.

Needed a quick inexpensive replacement for my child’s Apple computer for college. Works well but it’s an older model so runs slow. No ones fault but old technology.

The computer is In good condition and quick. For being a previously owner it came looking really nice. The computer is nice and quick it was great that it had the newest update on it.

When the product was received, it was already damaged. I paid the extra amount to have a Grade A refurbished computer, which means no visible damage, but the product I received was dented in multiple corners. I had to drive over an hour to my nearest BestBuy store, but they did return it quickly.

Great quality and incredibly fast. Apple always seem to out perform it's competition.

For some reason my husband and I both missed that this was preowned. I had purchased a new one a few years back and thought this was another release of new ones that were a few years old but not previously owned. He really wanted a new one so we returned this.
