My daughter loves this computer. Helpful for her college courses and light weight but durable

This computer was too old to put any new software on it. Waste of money! Very disappointed Best Buy would sell something so old and still charge 2/3 the cost of a new one.

Great item the ease of use and the quality is amazing

It seems a little slow at times. I’m not using it for much in the way of streaming. Probably could have gotten a newer (still not new) unit for the same kind of money. I don’t regret my purchase yet.

When my computer arrived there were dents and dings all over it. It also ran pretty slow. I can deal with the cosmetics but I upgraded my hard drive after just a few months.

MacBook Pro is awesome. Definitely would buy the next gen

The laptop has more option than the new ones. The new ones are just Thinner with no options.

If I could put less than one start I would. The computer first of all was all scratched up all over the exterior. The battery would not hold a charge, and when I took it to get checked out by Geek Squad, the guy could not believe that Best Buy had even sold me that computer. It was from 2011 and was no longer supported by Apple. Fortunately the manager gave my money back. I will not buy any more prepared items from Beat Buy!!!!!

It’s works just fine was completely in tact but you can’t use certain things because it can only update to a certain place and most things require a higher update so that can be a problem but I’m using it as a personal and school laptop did have some server problems with school but other than that it was fine.

Useless. The computer is over ten years old so the new operating systems can’t go on it. That means I can’t download any apps such as Word, Numbers. I can’t even write a paper for school on it. Bestbuy was not upfront about how old it was, I’m infuriated right now. How on earth can they sell something so useless for so much?!?

Never buying an opened box again. I absolutely hate my laptop, I only got it to use iTunes to unlock my daughters iPad and it won’t let me download iTunes.... not only that, they sold me the laptop with the wrong charger, which I didn’t understand how if they checked the items before re-selling them and because it was opened I couldn’t just exchange the charger. I would of had to exchange the entire order but it had to be another opened box. So I went and spent an additional $80 for the charger. And still don’t want the laptop simply because I can’t use it for what I need it for

I ordered this computer and it was all scratched from the top and was missing a piece from the bottom. The worst issue was a system error with the login.

Nice computer but older operating system. Will work well for my daughter
