    Used for sure, needed to be cleaned. Wrapped in bubble wrap and just kinda floated in a white box. Charger was new. All in all fine purchase. Ordered to use some older music software.

    I was unaware that refurbished computers where not able to be fixed if there was an issue. They filled the broken screen with a "resin" material that fell out when I opened the computer and when I took it back the the local store, they told they wouldn't touch and do not work on older Mac's. Very disappointed. Eddie Diaz
