OK, so we purchased this iPad after seeing the iPad in person. The iPad was an open box in fair condition. We were a bit skeptical before we even opened the box. We were worried that the item would be damaged in many places, but we had been looking for an iPad for some time. The sales guy opened the box and to our surprise the iPad was in perfect pristine condition. The only thing that was missing from the box was the charging block and cable. This is why I was put in fair condition. So heads up to any customer looking at open box items not all items are actually damaged. Some might be missing a simple $22 cable. The iPad itself had no scratches dents or any damage. It even had the plastic from the manufacturer still around the side. We saved over $150 on this item by simply asking the sales guy to review the item before we bought it.

Replaced iPad Air (A2200) purchased in 2019 that suddenly bricked (error 4304). Ordered online, picked up @ store a few days later. Then onto Tmo to activate e-SIM and restore all data and apps, and I'm a happy camper again.

Yeah it doesn’t have all tge bells and whistles (like headphone hack) bug it’s fast abd sturdy, And a whole lot more storage which was necessary!

It’s great for light gaming and watching videos or watching relaxing for Netflix
