I wasn’t in love with the color and it had some minor scratches on the back that didn’t go away even when cleaned there was a little neck on the silent button sometimes the touchscreen wouldn’t work.

This refurbished phone was anything but excellent. Right away the speaker did not work. I was able to make calls, and answer them, but the person on the other line either heard static, or could very faintly hear me. This was using speaker phone also, and same issue if I used facetime/facetime audio. The screen also has problems. I will be typing, and the screen does not respond correctly to the touch. Additionally, the phone was supposed to come with accessories, and it did not come with them, and it was a huge hassle to get the company Best Buy/Wireless Source to either refund or replace the items. I will not buy a refurbished device from best buy again

Product was not received. Ordered two iPhone only one was delivered and contacted seller and Best Buy but they said the UPS delivered the parcel. Only one phone was in the parcel.
