    Bad battery and horrible customer support!!

    Buyers be aware!!!! I was sold a phone with a depleted battery at 72%. Discharged in an hour of unplugging. I kept asking for support and after emailing them multiple times they offered me a 10$ refund for the issue and they still didn't keep their word. It would run me an additional 90$ to replace the battery. Horrible experience from this purchase.

    I would not recommend this. I understand refurbished but this came with multiple problems it’s glitching out the display is not recognized meaning I can’t use Face ID. Camera is super iffy it glitches as well like it gets stuck. The battery life is not good at all. Unfortunately it’s past the time for my return date or else I would return. I don’t think they check the phones properly before reselling them.
