This company is a scam! I thought I was buying a used iPhone 13 in excellent condition from BestBuy but that was not so. I received the phone that was supposed to be in excellent condition and it would not turn on or charge. I immediately called them and left a message (they don’t answer). I continued attempting contact via phone calls and email and no luck. I contacted Best Buy and they said I needed to talk to JemJem as they sold me the item. I filed fraud on my credit card due to no communication and a broken phone. Immediately following the fraud charge someone reached out from JemJem. They gave me return directions that were impossible to fulfill due to them requiring me to turn on the phone and take screenshots. Over 30 emails later and me repeating the phone is broke and will not turn on they sent me and RMA. I promptly returned the phone with everything they sent me only for them to say that it was not the phone they sold me!!! Now I have over 100 emails, 15 phone calls and hours invested. So they not only sent me the wrong phone but they sent me a broken phone that I sent back to them and are refusing my refund. I opened a fraud case with BestBuy and have made a request to corporate for them to be removed from their website. I ended up going to the physical BestBuy store and buying a used iphone13 for $200 more. Do not fall for this companies low prices- it is too good to be true! They are nothing but terrible scammers!
