I purchased a refurbished Apple iPhone 13 from Best Buy, and overall, I’m very pleased with the quality of the phone. The device arrived in good condition, the camera works perfectly, the screen and overall appearance are great, and there are only very minor scratches, nothing noticeable or concerning. The only downside was the battery health, which came at 80%. While I was hoping for something closer to 85–90%, I understand that some battery degradation is expected with refurbished devices. Aside from that, everything else met or exceeded my expectations. Overall, this was a great deal, especially considering the 512GB storage, which is hard to find and very expensive when buying new. I’d definitely recommend refurbished phones as a smart option, particularly given how high new phone prices are right now. This felt like a solid, worthwhile purchase.

Battery is only at 52% capacity and dies quickly. I am upset the battery was not replaced with a new one. Everything else was fine but highly disappointed in battery since it was a gift. Also had dings and markings along edge of phone. Seller did not indicate that battery needed to be replaced.
