Junk, had to return! Bought from Best Buy web site, but came from a 3rd party seller. Listed as refurbished excellent condition. Touch pad didn’t work right, glad I took it in when I did, would have been out $280
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I purchased this phone for my son. This was my first time purchasing a refurbished phone. I was impressed with the condition of the phone. The screen as well as camera are very good. It looks like it was barely used. I am very happy with this purchase
