I bought a used phone online from Best Buy and paid almost $500 for it. The phone arrived with a damaged screen, and the touch sensitivity is seriously compromised. The screen does not respond properly, which makes the phone very frustrating to use.
I only didn’t return it because I urgently needed a phone for work, since my previous one completely stopped working. Otherwise, I would have returned it right away.
I deeply regret this purchase. It honestly feels like I wasted my money. I expected much better quality control, especially for a used device at this price.
