This was a terrible purchase. In less than 3 months of owning the phone, I started experiencing glitches. The phone came chipped, and would randomly freeze. It also made random calls on its own and would even log into my bank account and start transferring money. Sometimes the phone would shut down on its own, and even when on I am unable to send or receive text messages/make calls. When I set alarms the phone would ring like twice and then snooze itself. It is almost as if the phone was hacked. It would also randomly open my social media accounts like tik tok and send random videos to people. This is the most terrible purchase I have ever made and then they would not let me return the phone or get a refund. Now I am stuck with a phone that does not work. Do not waste your money buying this.

The phone come with good conditions with a a charge come in good time 3 days.

"wireless source" seller S.u.c.k.s. 1. Shipping was delayed, so it didn't reach before my travel. 2. I rejected the package delivery, but the seller is holding money/refund until they get it back. Even though the seller agreed if it is lost during transit, I would not be held responsible at all. This is frustrating. I don't like doing business with this seller.

Had dents all around the phone which I didn’t mind for the price but it didn’t even last one week before it suddenly died while I had 80%; when it turned back on it was at 10 then died again and it took me to this screen that said the battery is damaged.

the device wasn't working properly, I have purchased a refurbished Mac Pro before and it was great and I am still using it after more than a year, however, the iPhone I bought is not the same, it's glitching and slow, and if I open the camera it stops working so I returned it and was refunded.

I wouldn’t buy a phone from here again And don’t recommend it looks brand new looks good in person but speaker phone don’t work Audio speaker don’t work and I have to scream at Siri for her to hear me

The problem was with the eSIM card. It was NOT UNLOCKED as advertised, or I didn't read the specs. The carrier must be unlocked on these devices for use. Unlimited carrier is the term.

I returned with two days its been 3 weeks theyd don’t refund yet old phone all scratched idk why they described on their site its exilentent condition whrn you buy

Phone was defective. Never worked straight out of the box don’t see how you guys thought this was acceptable to sell.
