Terrible experience in Best Buy store

Much more experience with the store, I believed that because it is a large and recognized company you would have quality standards in their products, but when I received the product I was surprised that scratches were coming and that the phone battery was not from a new phone but from an already used and returned in non-optimal conditions to sell, when he went to the store returned best buy to ask about it they told me that they were not responsible despite the fact that I found the product on the store page and there was no specification of the Conditions of both phones, which beyond helping complicated me even when I tried to make a claim. My experience with the store was terrible
