Barely "refurbished"

Phone has a free scratches on the screen. I wouldn't consider that "excellent" condition. It also has rapid battery drainage, I have doubts it's actually "refurbished" as if it were, the battery would have been replaced. I'll be taking it to a phone repair shop to have them replace the battery. The phone at least works.
