GOOD PHONE

Phones were nice and clean no major signs of used phones. Comes with a nice charger not like the cheap one which takes hours to charge. I have unlocked them both phones and had some nice screen protector and a case phone works great haven't seen any problems with them yet

Pre-owned product in good condition

Best Buy offered me a way to get a pre-owned product with the assurance it would work. The battery life is a little short, but otherwise works great.

really great graphics on face time

Being in my mid 70's, I am technologically disadvantaged. Where are those teenagers when you need them? This phone has good sound quality and is easy to use. Photos are sharp and face time is awesome.

Not working well

Pretty good phone

Not such a great preowned phone

I needed something to replace my phone until I could upgrade. I would never buy another refurbished item again. I guess Best Buy was not able to detect this flaw.
