I received the phone and it looked like it had not been used at all and has been a very good phone for me so far. I have not had any issues with the phone, in fact I have talked a couple of people into buying them since mine has been so good.

When you're in a pinch and you need an iPhone, purchasing a "pre-owned" phone may seem like a risk, but luckily I got one that was mint! It works so great I got one thats a 5s for my husband as well! I use it with Straight Talk Wireless (not a Best Buy company) - this is the best service I've had (better than AT&T or Verizon) and the phone works great with it.

Received in like new condition. Phone itself. Is fine battery charging is quite a pain

He absolutely loves it. He is able to learn the device pretty easily considering he is new to smart devices.

I bought this phone and was initially happy with the phone but about 8 months in my phone's battery start running down in about 20 mins and then I got a replacement battery and the antenna for the wifi does not work now so I am very displeased with how short the phone lasted.

I bought 4 pre owned iphone 6 plus from best buy before, they are all perfect working phones, but when i order this 5s, i got the scratches off phone with the wrong IEMI number, and they sent me adifferent one but still uglly though, dont recommend this one

The bestbuy geek certified refurbished AT&T iphone 5s phone was sent in normal packaging but the phone worked fine from day 1. Called up AT&T to unlock the phone. IT was breeze. Bestbuy support was good. There were some dust accumulated in the ports/earpiece areas, so not sure what refurbishing was done here. Overall good experience, hence 4 stars!
