Great phone if you put a case on it

I bought this product as certified refurbished, but I read that Best Buy makes sure the product is in pristine condition. The phone was ok, but there were scratches on the back (didn't bother me because I got a case). The thing that I dropped the star for was the dirt in the sound button area. Sometimes I can't Move that button on or off because it's so dirty.
I would recommend this to a friend

This is a review written 1 day after receiving iphone. Phone was welll packaged and appeared immaculate. Powered on (only 20 percent charge) and proceeded quickly through setup, including updating to IOS 9.2.(forgot the last number). Transfered backup from old iphone to this one via itunes. The larger screen is nice for those of us with less than perfect eyesight. Accepted my Cricket Sim without question
