Thrilled with purchase of used IPhone 6 64gb gold (Verizon) arrived in perfect condition in IPhone box with sealed Apple ear buds and charging USB cable. I have been testing it out the last few days and it operates and appears in mint condition. I put this iPhone on tracfone service and is working great! This was a upgrade for me from the IPhone 4s. Bestbuy had the best price for a used 64gb and is backed by their 90 day warranty. I also ran the serial number thru Apple and it still has Apple warranty until mid December (even better).

Upgraded to a 6 from a 5s. Same quality and smooth operating system as Apple delivers. My only complaint is that I don't get as good of reception with the 6 as I did with the 5s (same carrier). Otherwise, smooth sailing. No problems with it being refurbished... cosmetic or functionally.

Don't always trust apple for their preowned devices might as well buy a new phone and spend a little extra its well worth the extra money for a new one.

Nearly the second time in a row I have been burned on a purchase with Best Buy. Purchased this phone expecting a good experience. Phone condition was nearly flawless, and worked upon arrival. I have had the phone 13 days now and suddenly the phone is blue screening and will not turn on. I have not modified this device nor abused it any way, case on it from the first minute. I am now on the phone asking for an exchange but of course none are in stock. I then asked to be compensated by sending me a brand new unit and the answer was "not gunna happen". So sick of spending my money here and getting treated like trash. Looks like I am returning and will be without a phone. Thank you Best Buy!
