    I didn't want to be locked in an agreement, very happy with my choice. It's pre-owned, however you wouldn't know by looking at it. Would definitely purchase again.

    Phone kept making a beeping sound when plugged in. Looked up why it would do that and found out the screen is damaged. Some component inside is making it do that. So I just returned for a refund.

    These phones do not come unlocked, recieved two that I could not activate on Sprint or one of their MVNO like Ting .... Absolutely the worst experience ever !! I spent eight hours on the phone with Sprint, Bestbuy, and Apple customer service trying to resolve this issue end result was to return to Bestbuy for a refund ....
