No extended warranty available
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My son was excited to find a good deal on the phone and we have always had good luck buying refurbished Apple products. The catch on this phone is that Apple doesn't recognize that the phone was refurbished so you are buying a "used" item that no one is willing to provide extended coverage or Apple care. Bestbuy won't, Apple won't and neither will Verizon. Crazy to spend that much money on a phone and not be able to have insurance on breakage. Now you are warned. Otherwise phone showed up in good shape and is great and we still have 8 months left of the normal Apple limited warranty.
