Refurbished and Damaged are two different things

There needs to be an image of the damage to these refurbished products. This came to me with deep scratches and what looked to be deep indentions around the track pad where it looks like someone dropped it on concrete. If these scratches were more minor and also were not exactly where you will be resting your hands when using the track pad maybe I would have tried to live with it for the discount but also would have save everyone some time had this been described or disclosed before purchasing.
